[1.4 Alpha] Staggo's Good Visuals

Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
For all the Overhaul fans out there that like the looks, this mod is for you. This mod includes better player movement and a smooth camera that can follow the mouse. However, this mod does not modify gameplay mechanics; just the visuals.

- RemoveVibratingProjectile(int id)
