Expanded Sheriff Helicopters (Discontinued for now.)

Description
Hey everyone, this mod is simply an addon to the ExpandedHelicopterEvents mod. The sheriff mod I made is a hard dependency, as you can't have a sheriff helicopter without sheriffs!
As for functionality: this mod adds a sheriff helicopter to ExpandedHelicopterEvents. As well as adds like 3 clothing items.
I also decided to add FashionMontage integration to all the implemented clothing items in this mod.
I did rename the ExpandedHelicopterEvents clothing to match FashionMontage's naming scheme.

FashionMontage support is in a sub-mod.
