Simple retexture of vanilla desert eagle

-added stipple pattern to handgrip
-added red dot to safety lever panel
-tweaked phong parameter for grip to be less greasy

AS A HEADS UP: this makes the desert eagle have less shine on the metal parts. makes it looks more like brushed steel than chrome.
