Dragonian Work Patch

Description
This is a simple patch to unlock restricted work type for Dragonian. So that you may use them as main character.
And some base stats are changed to normal level.

1.5
Dragonian will be able to do all types of work, better with "DragonianApparelPatch"

1.3
Dragonian will be able to do all types of work but still can't use weapon with this mod.
* Abillities are not increased. *

You can load with "Dragonian Race Weapons permit CE and not CE Patch[1.3]" to unlock all the work.

好久没玩了，游戏本体好像加了一个工作速度的参数，我得再改一下，不然解锁工作也没啥用。
