Atleast it functoned like this for me but I noticed how you can't re-hack something, atleast not a certain number of times.
Its good to keep this in mind because you can spend vulnerable secounds Animation locked while you could be help the monster.
This goes for Containers and doors. at first I thought I wasn't close enough, but then noticed this strange feature. I don't believe theres a indicator of what you can and can no longer hack
So I Would put that reminder in Strategies
For example I can scan these things to determine who last affected it. Makes finding the traitor out easier, but the monster is a bit harder to track with this method since he can change color.

Once is usually enough to make me suspicious, but if there turns out to be a trend, then it's usually more solid proof. An investigator can convince a group to kill you if he has solid proof.
