解説

Controls who can use Outfitter.

※Features

Only players who got access can wear Outfitter publicly.
Player who doesn't have access can still load their outfit, but will not show to other players.
Supports ULX admin mod.
Supports Exsto admin mod.
Supports Evolve admin mod.
If no admin mod installed, will use built-in admin group by default.

I haven't done a full test yet, please feedback if it doesn't work or any errors
