Controls who can use Outfitter.

※Features
  • Only players who got access can wear Outfitter publicly.
  • Player who doesn't have access can still load their outfit, but will not show to other players.
  • Supports ULX admin mod.
  • Supports Exsto admin mod.
  • Supports Evolve admin mod.
  • If no admin mod installed, will use built-in admin group by default.

I haven't done a full test yet, please feedback if it doesn't work or any errors
