Definitely one of the coolest vanity outfits I've seen on this workshop. Good work!
I can adjust the player skin accordingly with a dresser, though a permanent fix you could possibly look into would be to simply place the "normal Terraria characters arm" under your outfit, and fill in the player parts with darker pixels. Never going to be able to actually make the arm smaller, but this does create an illusion that works kind of well, and avoids showing the player skin at all.
