Headcrab repositioned on Zombie Black Mesa guards with improved headshot hitbox.

Im a bit bothered at how the headcrab is attached on security guards when they infect them. They barely latched on them at all. This mod simply made the headcrabs attached a bit tightly to their heads. I also fixed the surprisingly small headshot hitbox on them too (Apparently the headshot is sized to the head of the ACTUAL guard instead of the whole headcrab).

I also removed the gun holstered to the zombie's legs since, well firstly the gun in it is not the same as the glock in the game and secondly, before the guards were latched by the headcrabs, they are most likely holding their gun (to shoot crabs) instead of being holstered.
