Reduced Quantity of Basic Dwarfen Runes Forged for SFO

I don't like playing games where there are items in abundance. So, with the new basic Dwarfen runes that you would get 3 when it's crafted, I've reduced that quantity to 1.

I've reduced the base oathgold cost from 100, down to 40. So, you are paying more per rune (I can easily make another mod of this to drop that down or may adjust this down depending on feedback). Bear in mind, that Thorek will pay half of this cost , so 20 oathgold.

I've also renamed the items from saying x3, or the advanced items saying x1, so that there is no quantity in the title.

This mod will conflict with mods that edit anything in these two files as they are data cored. I had to overwrite the base file and can't just make the small edits to the tables. But, if you find a mod that is incompatible, I can easily make a compatibility by making the edits they do onto either of these tables as well.

This is compatible and pairs well with "Unlimited Dawi Craftable" mod that will let you craft multiple runes instead of just 1.

I would recommend you also use this other mod to reduce the chance of item drops and followers, so there isn't a huge abundance of items in your game :)
