Description
Overview
This submod for the Hammer of Grungni incorporates the new Thunderbarge units from cjsoldier1331 and ChaosRobie into the unique mechanics of Thorgrim Grudgebearer and Grombrindal. Any upgrades that affect Gyrocopters and Gyrobombers should now also affect the Thunderbarge and it's RoR version when this submod and the Thunderbarges mod are both enabled.

Suggested Mod Order:
  • Dwarf Thunderbarges (cjsoldier1331 & ChaosRobie)
  • The Hammer of Grungni
  • The Hammer of Grungni (Thunderbarges submod)

If you are playing the Hammer of Grungni with SFO then you can still use this mod as it does not affect unit values directly, but instead adds the Thunderbarge to unit_sets in the database so it gains bonuses alongside other Dawi aircraft.

Resources of the Karaz-Ankor:
  • Movement speed at tier 3 in the Agriculture section.
  • Missile ammo at tier 2 in the Infrastructure section.
  • Missile resistance at tier 3 in the Infrastructure section.
  • Upkeep cost at tier 2 in the Mining section.
  • Missile damage at tier 3 in the Mining section.
  • Missile range at tier 3 in the Mining section.

Valour Rewards:
  • Charge bonus from first upgrade in the Aircraft chain.
  • Upkeep reduction from the second upgrade in the Aircraft chain.
  • Missile damage from the third upgrade (option 1) in the Aircraft chain.
  • Missile range from the third upgrade (option 2) in the Aircraft chain.

Tooltips for the upgrades have also been updated to include the Thunderbarge.

Runewords:
The runeword forging mechanic that all lords use will affect Thunderbarges as follows:
  • All offensive runes should apply.
  • All defensive runes except for the Master Rune of Valaya's Protection should apply.
  • All general runes should apply.

Any idea when your mods will be ported to WH3?
Im not willing to play lisard man or dwarf without them :)

No. You do not need to edit anything. The text that talks about the unit_sets db table is just to indicate that I don't change any stats of the Thunderbarge in this mod.

are there somethings that i must edit?

Awesome, forgot to report in, but finished a campaign with thorek and your main mod, that was a treat, really liked experimenting to get the RoR unlocked, the one rocket battery gyro copter, geez what a life saver that was for the chaos invasion when had a few armies in dire straits for reinforcements lol

Ungrim and Belegar don't have upgrades in their unique mechanics. The runeword mechanic that all lords have though will affect the Thunderbarges. Forgot to add that in description. Oooops.
