I've had that quite a lot where it juat doesn't download. Not sure how to fix it but I try unsubbing and then subbing again or ill sub to more stuff and hope it triggers the download.

Can I make a suggestion? On the head, you should add "Part 108(1)" and make it be layer 1. Reduce the highlight to 0% and make it the same color as the other hair. It's barely noticeable, but it hides the skin clipping through at the top and sides of the head.
