Captain Carrot's config for Delray Custom


This mod adds a motor and drivetrain config to Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 for the Delray Custom

Config - Restomod, Adds modern V8 and swap options including appropriate ancillaries (ABS, ECU, etc...), lowers ride height, adds rear disk brakes and changes wheels

You MUST have the Ford Remastered DLC for some of the engine swap options

V1.0 - Initial Release
V1.1 - Correcting rear number plate fault
V1.2 - Correcting engine swap options
V1.3 - Missing Air Filter added
V1.4 - Rescaled engine to remove clipping issue
V1.5 - Corrected re-appeared rear number plate fault
V1.6 - Updated engine swap options

Do engine swaps increase and decrease HP or is it a choice of what you want to see?

Thanks Capt., I only had those cars at the time. after a day or so everything corrected so I was more than likely a game bug.

@gnarles, no, i have not come across anything like that, it could be a general game bug rather than anything related to a config mod.

Have you run into an issue where the restomod and the gasser change names, engines, suspension parts and losing the custom painted parts? Saved my game and opened it several hours later and found this issue in my game.

They just work now. The game automatically installs them.

Do configs just work now or is it the same manual install as CMS 2018?
