Morathi No Sword Fix - Sword And Staff Animation Version

TL;DR
Alternate version of the no sword fix(original with the halberd animation here) with Morathi using sword and staff animations so can always see her cool sword in the campaign(AND custom battles, only one way to edit that field unfort vs the whole variant mesh thing) even when shes on foot.

This has been reported to the Community Bug Fix mod, so the base fix(not this animation swap) may be added into it in the future, just a heads up there.

For you Dark Sword buffs out there, here it is, Morathi with her sword in the campaign and matching her stance on the campaign map with both weapons in the battles.

To note:
-She will use the halberd as a staff like other casters do, and swing away with that dark sword
-This is the same animation used for the dark elf supreme sorceress
-I tried that Elatharion dude as he seemed like a natural fit, no dice, needs work beyond my pale to adapt that animation to her rigid model(not a pun) the subsequent animation it created was a horror beyond reckoning.
-This only edits the land unit table for Morathi and her main variant mesh definition file like the main mod
-As with the main fix, anyone is welcome to do whatever with this for their own mods, etc
