An unofficial updated version of the "Countries Can Collapse" mod that (hopefully) makes it compatible with 1.30 estates. The mod is works with both 1.30 and 1.31, but performance is better in 1.30.

As of right now I don't have any plans to expand the mod, only make it compatible for newer versions.

CHANGES:
Estate interactions from the old version have been replaced with estate privileges
Maximum privileges for each estate has been increased to 8 to accommodate for the amount of privileges available to cultural estates (if this is unbalanced for other estates I might add a placeholder privilege in the future or something)
Monthly estate loyalty change modifiers have been replaced with loyalty equilibrium modifiers
New estate icons for cultural estates to make them more distinguishable
Disasters from the original mod now have icons

I have not done a lot of testing so far so there's possibly still some missing localisation, exploits and other broken game mechanics. If you notice any bugs leave a comment and I'll try and fix it if I can make time (not guaranteed).
