This looks amazing, def gonna try this out, i love the way the way it looks and chameleon stalkers are certainly a fun unit to have in a roster with almost no mobility, all i would recommend is looking at using these axes to give us an equivalent to free company militia, or an upteired version

Thanks Mortarch. And Lou the reason I am okay putting a fast unit into the roster is the unit itself is not a replacement for many of the much better fighting dwarf infantry. To give you an idea, the game has a quality score that determines the autoresolve (which obviously is wonky but let's ignore that). Chameleon Stalkers (and thus my modded dwarf stalkers) have a quality level of 10. Slayers have a 15. Giant slayers have a 20. Lowish tier dragons are 25. Hell Pit Abominations are 70 (the highest). So a low tier unit of rank 10 is pretty much not gonna affect balancing much. Just makes your battles which you personally command more fun.

very nice, that axe gun looks quite good, kinda gives me the feeling every faction will get their own variant of chameleon stalkers in the future ngl

I'm not interested in trying to balance these units to be slow like other dwarves just because dwaves are slow. They are meant to be exactly the same as Chameleon Stalkers because Chameleon Stalkers are fun. They are faster than any other infantry unit in the game which isn't a problem to me. They are still slower than cavalry, but dwarves are the only faction without access to cavalry so it is more noticeable when you add a fast infantry unit to the dwaves. If you need reasons for fast dwaves...see above LOTR dwarf canon :P
