This guide will show you all location of the collectable Feathers.
You can unlock the pigeon costumes in exchange for these feathers at the pigeon lady's shop.

How to get it?
Jump down while walking from the roof of the neighboring building.
Do not rush.
How to get it?
Jump from the stair railing of the outdoor café terrace (the one far from the wall) to the awning.
Jump from that awning to the next awning.
How to get it?
Climb on the pillar of the guardrail on the slope.
Make an short approach run from the pillar and jump to the awning.
How to get it?
Climb the fence on the other side of the river.
Walk over the fence and jump over to the pipe.
Do not rush.
How to get it?
Walk and jump across the shore reef to the island.
Be careful not to fall into the water or you will drown.
