beat citadel escape level and get to this part in the screenshot here:

go outside the area that has the "yes, maybe, no" button and now it will show this

part 3

now turn right and keep walking untill you see light here:

now you will see these buttons on this screenshot right here that do nothing but make magnusson say "Oh for god sake!, its only a button, just press it thats all i asked."

part 5 (final stuff)

now go back to the room with the "yes, maybe, no" buttons and the buttons should be replaced with "secret" and then press e on it
