My first quaver skin.

Basically just a reskin of YUGEN because of course but with some adjustments

inspired by dark synthwave because im me

also planning on hopefully updating this every now and then

I love this skin so much, it's so bright and flashy and it instantly made playing quaver so much more fun.

oh also kinda has 7k now just some tiny touching up to do although i want to start making a new skin from scratch so idk if ill do it
