Enviro Exposure Packs

adds reverse EPPs (EEPs (Enviro Exposure Packs)) that hurt you

Drowning EEP:
- drowns you
- make at t1 anvil with water and a breathing EPP

Irradiation EEP:
- irradiates you
- make at t2 anvil with uranium and a radiation EPP
- uranium is unobtainable in vanilla so i made Terramart sell it bc i thought itd be funny

Boiling EEP:
- boils you
- make at t3 anvil with solarium and a heating EPP

Freezing EEP:
- freezes you
- make at t3 anvil with 5 ice machines and a cooling EPP
- also it makes you naked . this makes you colder!
