this player model is broken whenever i look down i see the fur and its all over my screen i tried changing the height and it still didnt work

This actually is a model that i purchased from Nukude directly on booth.pm

The addon here is not copied from the one you stated, it just so happens to be the NKD protogen

I think he copied the addon from, DUAL EARS UPDATE] Furry (Protogen) | NKD Protogen PM / Ragdoll | Hitboxes | LOD | NPC.
