Voltorb And Electrode over Troll Bombs

To continue the Pokemon themed enemies, I thought I would go something a lot more simple than my Gengar mod I made before.

I have edited the effects so the fire from the regular bomb's rope is no longer there, I'm not sure if it effects any other bombs, but if it does then let me know ASAP, thanks.

I loved this mod so much, I edited a version to add the flaming and golden troll bombs to keep up with the new bombs in Rep
