How to use : open the guide from the steam interface (tab+shift), and right-click on the url.
It will directly open the wiki form the steam navigator.

Right, but the link opens your internet navigator.
I personnally prefer staying inside the game with the steam navigator

If you hit escape, there is already a link to the wiki in the menu.
