Hinata Hyūga is a kunoichi and heiress of the Hyuga clan. Toneri Ōtsutsuki is a descendant of Hamura Ōtsutsuki and the sole survivor of the Ōtsutsuki clan's branch family on the Moon

Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki is the secondary antagonist in the 2015 anime film Boruto: Naruto the Movie and it's anime adaption in Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations. He was the foster father and servant to Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki and helped him go after Naruto Uzumaki for his Tailed-Beast chakra

Urashiki Ōtsutsuki was a low-ranking member of the Ōtsutsuki clan's main family, sent to assist Momoshiki and Kinshiki on their mission to investigate Kaguya's whereabouts and gather the chakra of the God Tree on Earth

Isshiki Ōtsutsuki is the main antagonist of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He is an Ōtsutsuki clan member who has been in possession of a monk named Jigen and has been using Jigen's name as his own. He is the leader of the Kara organization.

According to Sasuke Uchiha and Amado, Isshiki was paired with Kaguya Ōtsutsuki when they arrived on Earth. However, Kaguya betrayed Isshiki, leaving him to take possession of Jigen. Following his near death encounter with Koji Kashin, he was forced to resurrect in Jigen's body, before he could acquire Kawaki. Now he sets out to acquire Kawaki, so that he may become his true vessel
