Description
Removes limitations from vanilla species portraits, which else only the AI can have.
- unlocked prethoryn, unbidden, cetana and contingency portraits
- unlocked pre-sapient portraits
- unlocked MSI, Shroud Enclave and Scavenger portraits
- unlocked some graphical shipsets, but those only change ur scienceship or colony ship appearance to fallen empire.
- unlocked all room textures (now there are over 60)
- if you have the paragon dlc you will be able to set some paragon portraits as ur species
- the fallen empire city template is unlocked.

@Nyx I did not keep any of the old legacy files. So a legacy version is not possible.

@Danalyka added a small fix. I havent seen the bug you decribe, but maybe it fixed your issue.

drachenklinge4 (hart) i see a bug. Blocks viewing of ships when creating a race, just a black model is made.
