Pumpkin Hill Content Pack

Description
What was originally just the train on it's own is now the content pack for the Pumpkin Hill map. That way others may alter the fixed models on the map that way.

These models were imported by Clown Main who given me permission to port them to Source Filmmaker.

Yeah sorry about that. Ironically I made a content pack first before the map, but when I tested the workshop map without the content pack it looked fine.
Still had the one or two complaints so I made a content pack in case anyone needs it as a back up.
