[TTT] Map Weapons Pack

Adds guns and ammo to over 100 TTT maps!
Also adds functionality to make non-TTT maps playable in TTT, like "nz_tranzit2".

You can also now add your own map rearm scripts, add them into lua/maps/[map_name]_ttt.lua, with every line commented out
(use --[[ ]]-- for muti-line comments in lua)

Whether to modifiy some maps to make them playable with TTT, such as nz_tranzit2 having working fog and multiple player spawns
