Looking through the files with Pack File Manager, it looks like sfo uses a different effect from the base game to apply the +rec level from tech and the temple of khaine building. Not sure why it doesn't apply though.

Fixed the Grandmaster skill issue yup，thanks for feedback.
As for reqruitment level,it maybe original version bug?

This is great, But there seem to be some problems with +reqruitment level effects, as i atm can recruit lvl 13 normal assassins but just level 7 of the female variants. Also the dual wield variant has an issue with the skill tree where the Grandmaster skill is not attached and can be picked wihout needing any points in the skill tree.
