Overview
The prophet is probably the easiest class to use of my mod pack. The shield skill makes it the easiest to use and the use of a staff provides significant damage.
Skills
  • Condemnation - 15
  • Sores and Boils - 15
  • Fire and Hail - 15
  • Conviction - 15
  • Purification - 15
  • Sanctum - 15
  • Purity > 5
  • Offering - 1
  • Grace - 15
  • Favor - 15
  • Rest doesn't matter, pick what you want
Attributes
Approximate distribution base values (includes starting values)
  • Strength - 60
  • Dexterity - 68
  • Focus - 306
  • Vitality - 101
Since a decent amount of the prophet's damage is flat (focus based), strength is not too important except for critical damage % and a boost to the DPS damage as well is a good side effect. The focus starts losing its benefit after 200 due to synergies changing how it scales from vanilla TL2. The little bit of vitality helps increase armor and survivability
Starting out
Keep the condemnation at level 1 starting out. It is a very mana intensive skill, so only increase it with excess mana. The first skill you should choose is the grace aura. It will greatly offset the mana cost and the healing is a nice bonus. Get purification as soon as you can unlock it and keep it at maximum.

Sanctum can be at level 1 until late in the game as you level to 100. With kiting it will help you jump around and level 15 will remove the damage penalty.

Keep favor maxed as is unlocked. The shield is very important for survivability
Gameplay
Purification is your AOE skill, use it to fight mobs. It targets, so just point at the lead enemy and watch them burn. Once you have Fire and Hail, cast that first, then Condemnation and follow up with Purification. Back up to position yourself to maximize how many enemies can be hit with purification. The explosion is quite effective and does decent damage to nearby enemies. Take breaks any time the cool down expires for Fire and Hail. The vulnerability it provides makes up for the lower DPS of Purification.

For bosses and when kiting is necessary, condemnation becomes your main skill. It deals good damage and allows you to be mobile right after casting unlike purification.

Note that smite works well by itself and is also viable, and allows you to use one damage type to maximize, but this build is not focusing on smite

DoT enhancements work well with this build. Purification does continuous damage to apply the DoT and Condemnation applies a lot of it all at once.
Late Game
The Celestial set is quite effective with Riechliu health boosts and Limoany for damage reduction. I also boosted fire damage and overall damage. Attribute boosts also work quite well.

With 75% damage reduction and the sanctuary shield, your survivability will be quite high. This build survives quite well in Tier 0.

I always use adamant set for Tier 1 battle as it has the highest armor, but since you need a staff, you may choose another one. Perhaps the inferno (I think) from tier 0.5 to improve fire damage.

As for late sets, the Angelic sets probably work best with this class.
