Foggy Vision Realism

Description
Foggy Vision Realism Mutation

Fog will limit your vision to just a few feet. Realism mode enabled. So have fun with that.
Blindness from boomers last 5 seconds longer than normal.
Lower ammo capacities for guns. To discourage blindly firing into the fog.

Note: Does not look good on some campaigns, like Dead Air (Orange fog).

nyanguynary, sorry the mode name foggyvisionreal. Looked at the standard version when I answered before not realizing this was the realism version.

nyanguynary the mode name is foggyvision. So example: "map c1m1_hotel foggyvision"

how would i play with through console command? "map c1m1_hotel [mode] [difficulty]" but what to put for mode name?
