First, select the United States Army. Your standard grunt won’t do here though. Being the star of the show, you should choose the Commander role to outfit.


Ever wonder why that old dude was there… yeah, you know the one I’m talking about. He’s your man now. Select the brown hair. Now, you may have spotted that his eyebrows are indeed grey. Feel free to select the blonde hair for good measure, however it may appear...um...off…

We didn’t sign up to the Army for nothing! This is where the distinction between the US Army and USMC is most apparent: headgear. The most important piece of attire in your arsenal is the Green Beret, worn by, you guessed it, the Army’s Special Forces since 1954. Unfortunately I don’t own the Green Beret in game so this preview will have to suffice.

Roll up your sleeves and make sure you’ve got no tattoos hiding up your arms ‘cause John Wayne rocks the greens like he’s got some business to do (he also doesn’t wear an undershirt). Oh, shave that disgusting brush off your face while you’re at it.

If you are interested in dressing him in Tigerstripe, you’re outta luck unless you select the Tiger Long with either the Tigerstripe Boonie or the beret, but that’s not iconic enough. You *could* select the tiger t-shirt but it looks really weird and doesn’t make him look beefy so I wouldn’t recommend it.

There you have it, private. Just wait until the enemy sees you running across the battlefield, Green Beret up top, and John Wayne in spirit.
