Common infected are just the weak meat shields of the big ones, they can be killed easily on easy, harder to kill on harder difficulties. You can kill them with a starting pistol (may look like a glock 17) or magnum (desert eagle) OR even your trusty melee weapon of choice! Remember, there are the bigger guns where you get to unlock gore!

You must get them from a far or just press right click to shove their asses back and then watch them explode. It's easy to kill with pistols. It can blind you for some time (probably 7 seconds) and alert the infected for a short time.

The name says it all, charger. It runs at you and smashes you into the wall,ceiling or ground until you are a ragdoll. They are somewhat tanky, but can still be killed with a few shots from a pistol, they can charge you off high buildings (resulting in your limbs exploding), windows (resulting in your limbs exploding getting stabbed) or just a wall (resulting in your limbs being crushed).

The name gives it all, it crawls and growls when ready to attack. They slash your ribcage out until you are just a bloody body. To save your teammates from being slashed, press right click to push them and then turn THEM into a bloody body.

They cough, they grab, and you get a single second to save your ass from being clawed or hanged to death. They use their tongue to grab you and basically MURDER you (if they get to you). They release smoke and can blind the survivors vision.

Small and dementia holding zombies which ride your back to make you fall, burn or be charged off of anything that is glass. Easy to kill, annoyance to meet.

Large health pool, can punch you into the gates of oblivion (the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ground of a 10 story hotel) and can rip out concrete out of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FLOOR! Just shoot it with spas-12's and a molotov to kill these faces. It takes about 30 seconds until the tank dies from fire, unless it meets water.

Stationary or walking, dangerous to meet and can kill you instantly in expert. To kill a witch instantly you can jump, crouch and shoot while you are still in the air. It's stunned by nearby explosives so you can them kill them easier.
