Description

The skull pendant trinket activates when completing a floor, transforming any full bone hearts you have into heart containers.
If you have no bone hearts and your heart containers are full it gives you an empty bone heart instead.
(Just a way of giving red heart focused characters/players some more space/stability outside of just being a heart converter active item, does not do anything for the Forgotten)

This is included in POTATO PACK 1.
