It seems that after the 2021 XMas update and testing on Jan 4 2022, this seems to be patched out. I had figured as much this would be fixed.

First, it looks like they changed the price tag for the yacht. It is now one of the most expensive places to purchase.


Secondly, doing nothing does not work, you now loose money.


So now you HAVE to put effort into the place. Again, just cleaning and putting new beds in each room can still give you a profit, but not as huge as before.




So sadly it looks like this guide is now useless!! It was fun while it lasted. Hope you were able to use it while it still worked. Hopefully a new way will come up, and if it does, I'll be sure to share it here!

Do you need money so you can buy the biggest houses in House Flipper? Or so you can buy all the expensive items in the game? Well look no further! I have found the easiest and FASTEST way to make money! Yes, even faster than the Home Alone house method!

The old method was to buy the "Alone Home" and just sell it right away, or clean it quickly. For the Base game, this was one of the quickest ways to get cash for little effort. The problem? You needed A LOT of money to buy the place to begin with!! That's no good! You have to grind your way through the game to get:

$437,374.27 USD
364.778,69 EUR
(or your currency equivalent) to even buy the place!!

Well, what if I told you, there is another way, that requires about 1/5 less money to get started?

EDIT: As stated in the Update part, this has sadly been patched out. I am leaving this guide up, for the sake of history of the best exploit in House Flipper.

To do this, we need a couple things.

Step 1. Buy the Luxury DLC.

Step 2. Play enough through the game till you have earned at least:
$137,627.81 CAD
$111,979.19 USD
93.392,83 EUR
(or your set currency equivalent.)

Step 3. Play the first mission to the Luxury DLC. In order to unlock the houses, you have to complete them in the missions. THANKFULLY, the one we need, is literally the first mission to the Luxury DLC!



Once you have completed the above, LET'S BEGIN!

Step 4. Buy the "Yacht" house, and go to it.


Step 5. SELL IT! Seriously! Don't do a damn thing! Just jump in, and sell it! No negotiation needed!


Step 6. PROFIT!

You literally just made the profit of what the Alone House costs to buy, with ZERO EFFORT!!

Now, if you really want to, you can make more money by putting in work. Example below, just cleaning and selling everything expect the plumbing and placing cheap beds down in each room, you can increase the profits, but again that takes time and effort.

Now give my Guide a like and Fav, and go buy everything in the game! This is so broken that I would not doubt that the Devs would patch this out, so use it while you can!
