-The 95:5 method, 95% of time in Heide, 5% anywhere else.

So, to start, go to Heide. That's pretty much it.

-The champions covenant will make Heide infinitely re-playable

I like to stick with the simple run from the bonfire (first one) to the Dragon-rider boss fight fog wall. I do this until nobody respawns, then I spend all my souls upgrading either myself, my armour, or my weapons. At this point I'm attempting to get complete sets in Heide knight armour and weapons.

-Farming bonfire ascetics will make life far more fun

I can't remember where u farm the ascetics, but if you complete both bosses, and the dragon of course, just use an ascetic to get to the area +1 new game, and rinse and repeat. The enemies get harder, the bosses more fun, and the souls keep-a-coming!

-Maxing out your Heide armour and weapons is only the first step, go upgrade your character so you deal even more damage and have higher defence (etc)

I'll post little screenshots of my progress here, it will take time I know but I look forward to it! If you stumble upon this guide I suppose you are one of few lucky ones!

-Clearing the area completely (until despawn) only takes 3-4 hours!!

Once you clear the area fully, go attempt those bosses ;)

I'm using a club I bought from the Hag, a simple heavy will stun the fellow Larry's (Heide Knights), and it 3-4 hits (heavy) the ancient giants

I have the tin can Larry helmet but other than that I'm wearing rags from start of game!
As you will see below, I have 6 Palestones, 6 blue-eyed orbs, two ancient knight shields and a tin-can helmet!
