Thank you, I realized this makes the sub actually comparable to the green Hybrid Subsystem
(you can early grind once you get trinium/Xanion Rifts, and the basic green Anti pent at X% or higher shield Subsystem is usually way better to put on then the vanilla anti pen subsystem. And both things are in the base game.
Your change actually makes the subsystem feel competitive, I did some math and yeah I actually have to think between choosing either. (though plasma or physical resist would be higher on my thoughts then normal)

It replaces the Vanila Shieldimpenetrator and yes it is safe to add in middle of game.

Also safe to add middle of playing a saved game?

Does this replace or remove the vanilla one?
