(Yes, global trait applies for ALL dynasty members)
You are correct, tables were reversed.
Also, I noticed you have the first table Traits - Manager effect, and the second table Managers - Global effect. Seems the titles are reversed?
Nice reference though :)
So your first character has a better bonus OR there is another mechanic (era, difficulty, bugs?).
Tactician (singing competition)
Manager effect: managed building is 20% more durable against attacks
Global effect: All Tropican soldiers receive 5% less damage

Thanks for the clarification on the Foreman trait, was wondering since Ive been fishing around for more detail on things like efficiency and job quality on various building types and looking for good places to place some of my managers.
Regarding the Foreman; Yes because you can offset the drop in job quality by increasing the building budget. If I am not mistaken the negative effect lowers when you level him.
If possible would you happen to know if its worth using Foreman managers with the reduction they have along with the boost? And i'm a bit unclear what exactly Agent does, hidden roles by chance refer to manager skills or something else?
