XML Pipe Ironsight (original example)

Description
PLEASE READ THE NOTES SECTION BEFORE USE

(4/11/2021)

After a few weeks of trying stuff, I realized this is the only way to make a static sight that you can see past. The reticle would be too thick to see long-distance with (though, it is much easier and space-efficient), so I used a pipe piece instead. This sight is the result of about 10 minutes of work and a bit of messing around, so like I did, please enjoy and have fun with it.

Notes:

The assembly is made up of a few different parts. The sight body itself (pipe and nozzle), the line (an XML modified pipe), and the mechanics of it all (the pivot, and an invisible block behind the t-pipe). The purpose of the invisible block is so that the inner part of the pipe goes completely transparent. If you delete or forget to bring the invisible block with the structure, it will not work properly.

The line is made up of two main pieces; the XML pipe, and the pivot. The XML pipe is basically squished infinitely thin. If you try to look at the pipe head-on without the pivot, you will see nothing. The pivot fixes this. By rotating the pipe a very small amount, a small profile of the pipe's side is exposed, making the effect of a tiny line through the middle of the sight.

Note: this sight is at a fixed height, it may not work for all applications. As far as I know, it's near-impossible to use it with the female character. This was originally designed for aircraft, so it may not work well with other applications.

Happy shooting everyone!

What’s up Endo? Haha.
I’m partially expecting people to seriously come at me with similar claims.

And thank you Hungry. If you want the truth? Probably never.

Dude you stole my XML Pipe! You can see by browsing my workshop - I was first to come up with this idea. However you won't find it now because I deleted it to allow you to upload it...
