Activate the Console

First of all, go to My Documents, open the Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder, find a file called config.cfg and we will open it with Notepad (right click and open with).
Once inside the config.cfg file we are going to search (Ctrl + B may not work) and change a couple of parameters, g_console "0" and g_developer "0", giving them the value 1 instead of 0. We would have something like this:
uset g_console "1"
uset g_developer "1"
* Commands do not need to be together
We save everything and check that now the values ​​are "1" just in case.

In the game
We open the game as usual and both in the profiles screen, menu or while driving we can open the console by pressing the key to the left of "1":
I recommend using the console on the driving screen and with the truck stopped.

Free Camera / Camera 0
Camera
After having modified the two previous parameters, when we are driving we will be able to press the "0" key having access to a new free camera. To move with that camera we will use the arrows on the Numerical Keypad (8 up, 2 down, 4 left, 6 right).
Teleport
To teleport, we will move with the free camera to a safe place and press CTRL + F9 to release the truck.
Always firm ground and taking care that it is within the limits of the map. We must be careful not to put it too high to avoid damage or too low so that we do not "fall" below the textures.
* Remember that you can use the goto city command on the console and g_flyspeed 100 to move quickly around the map.

Commands
Command Description
goto paris teleports us to the city that we put *
g_flyspeed 50 free camera speed between 0-100
g_fps shows the fps
g_minicon shows us fps and more information
g_police 0 the value 0 would remove the police from the game and fines (1 to activate it)
g_traffic 0 remove the traffic, to restore it put 1
r_steering_wheel 0 we remove the wheel from the game, to restore it put 1
g_set_time 09 we will put in numbers the hour 00 - 23 **
g_set_weather 1 where 1 would turn on the rain and 0 would remove it
s_interior_volume X where X will be a value between 1.0 and 6.0
* Remember that to teleport the truck we will have to use F9.
** If it is 2:00 p.m. and we put 12 it will happen to us the next day, that is, you cannot go back in time.

There are more commands but they are not that important or at least they are not used as much. If I have missed any I will add it, you can also put it in the comments.

Steering wheel
Remove the Steering Wheel
With the use of a command we can make the steering wheel of the truck disappear in the game. This is usually used for those who stream with a webcam and give it a touch of immersion, making the angle of view of the camera replace the virtual wheel with the player's wheel.
There are two ways:
We go to My Documents, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open the config.cfg folder with the notepad to add a new command:
uset r_steering_wheel "0"
Another way is within the game, we open the console (at the beginning of the guide it is explained) and we can use the command:
r_steering_wheel 0

* Remember that the value of "0" is always to remove something while "1" activates it.
