Description
Welcome to St.-Clarette

Looking for a cosy city to live in? Want your kids to have a fun vacation, fooling around in the shallow waters of the Clarette Delta rivers? Your favorite passtime is hiking mountains in search for fantastic views?
Then look no further! Come and visit Sainte Clarette! A city full of nautical fun, split by the calmly flowing Clarette River, divided by the Clarette Bridge that was built by the Monks of St.-Clarette. Its immediate surroundings littered by little creeks and lakes, its surrounding mountains and hills offering many fantastic views and idyllic spots for you to call your home!

Statistics, Constraints and Considerations:

-> 4 highway connections. Highways and city entrance have basic customized road signs at the intersections and on/off ramps, use Procedural Objects to edit them to your needs. All assets needed are in the designated collection St.-Clarette One-Click Collection (PO).
-> 4 train connections
NOTES:
- All roads and tracks are custom assets, apart from the actual outside connections.
- Train tracks are all from the Railway Collection by Ronyx69; I used nodeless tracks to create more realistic track splits, there might be some catenary chaos here and there when you replace catenaries with the Railway mod. Since there are no catenaries shown in the map editor, I did not manage to correct all of them.
You can use Move it! or Network Skins to tweak any remaining 'issues'.
-> 1 plane route
-> NO shipping! The delta and its inflow are all shallow rivers and cascading creeks, and are more of a aesthetic feature then they are a functional one. For this reason as well I opted to add non-river consuming water treatment (in one corner of the start square).
-> All resources available (fishing is default, bring your jetty and fishing rod!)
-> Trees are around the game limit (+/- 250k, all custom) Tree Anarchy 1.0.4 is recommended if you want to build a green city; and with all the environmental issues our world suffers from, as a responsible mayor I assume that you do.
-> Around 1k props All vanilla; mostly foilage. Again, only aesthetics in mind, feel free to remove.

Sifted and Collected:

There are two collections linked to this map:
- St.-Clarette One-Click Collection This collection is vital to subscribe to; it holds all assets, themes and mods that are essential to play the map without issues and ensure that your have a smooth start (water treatment facilities!).
- St.-Clarette One-Click Collection (PO) This collection contains all related to the Procedural Object signs that give a bit of cachet to the overall look and feel, but is not essential.

Themes and settings
- Base Theme is SCT - Homecoming by Raffa, some textures taken from RRealistic V1.4.5 European
- LUT used in the screenshots: Relight Average
- A theme mix StClarettMix is available to load in-game with Theme Mixer 2
Themes and required mods are available through the aforementioned St.-Clarette One-Click Collection

Mod nudges (no obligation from the state department)
- A stable version of TM:PE because nice road markings are cool, but cars following the guidelines are waaaay cooler.
- Even though everything is available within 9 tiles, the area of St.-Clarette has many idyllic treats to offer with 81-Tiles mod.
- Move it! It's one of those essential mods, and now even more so a it is a requirement for the new Tree Anarchy mod.
- Talking about essenials, how about cutting your good ole PC a some slack? Atta boy!

Please rate if you like the map, enable your have-fun mod and GO!

PS. I won't be online much in the coming time (busy times at work), but feel free to post any issues/comments.

Thank you for the link BBBenj. Strange though, I just checked the One-Click and the Theme Mix is clearly there... Don't know what happened there, but it's a bit of a shame that my map looks very - well - poor in the review :-(
