Neco-Arc Tank Sound Replacer

Description
One of Two versions. This replaces the tanks sound effects with lines and quips from Neco-Arc Herself. Unlike the other version, this allows for custom tank music to be used.

@Boo Meringue i double checked the folders contents and nothing should pop up in materials as this mod only edits \sound\player\tank\voice files

Why does this mod make a 'neco arc' folder appear in the 'materials' folder?
