Welcome to the IPECAC Community Mod!
The IPECAC Community Mod is a mod focused around the community, and as such, a large portion of our content is ideas given to us, by you! (Maybe not you in particular, but you get the idea)
We’ve gathered ideas from all over the Internet, from reddit, to discord, to our website, we’re happy to do our damnedest to make anyone’s ideas a reality! So what’s in store?


- 1 new character, Moses — bring the wrath of the plagues to the basement!
- 120+ new items!
- 50+ new trinkets!
- 90+ new enemies!
- 2 new bosses!
- 1500+ new rooms!
- 10+ new transformations!
- 20+ new achievements!
- Many new secrets and Easter eggs to be found!
- At least 10% more poop!
- Much more!



This mod is intentionally compatible with the following:
- Mod Config Menu
- External Item Descriptions
- Custom Death icons (still WIP, for many items)
- Revelations (Ch. 1 and 2)
- Deliverance
- Lost and Forgotten
- Sewing Machine

Some other mods may or may not work fine with this, although we're willing to do as much as it's feasible to increase compatibility. If you'd like us to add some interaction with your mod, or just change things around so both can run smoothly, let us know!
