Use LEVEL SELECT, not PLAY. This is very important.
Firstly, select Casual, then play through to level 41.
If any levels did not have the achievement unlock for them, replay and PAR moves possibly required.

After all that is done, go through Challenge mode, and that should be 100%.

Assemble towers by flipping pieces to get the right color on top, stack pieces of the same color to assemble a tower.

Notable levels with less than suggested moves:

0:16 2 - Maneuver [3|4 Moves]
3:35 13 - Apart [6|7 Moves]
9:55 29 - Sonic Dump [13|15 Moves]
13:18 35 - Compound [10|11 Moves]
16:59 41 - Agrisis [15|16 Moves]
24:02 48 - Atmospheric [32|33 Moves]

If any achievements do not work after using my methods, try contacting the developer.
