Myehhhhh … lol. It’s a reasonable start point anyways.

I think there is "autoweighting" or something where Blender will weight paint for you.

You might have to look at the model vertex by vertex. I hate weight painting :steambored:

I have his channel faved. I respect tutorials that are both informative yet to the point and quick. Love his videos.

Problem is though there were still parts of the model that were still stuck in T-pose. Right now I'm trying an alternative method with .obj files. It's a bit... eeh? I'll see how it goes when I finish. If it doesn't work as I hope I still have the original sonicman.blend

Blender is pretty good for weight painting when you get used to it. The Royal Skies LLC video about it is quite helpful. Go to 3:17, he breaks it right down.

Yes, among another, more dated program. I know AC3D is a 3D rendering program for cavemen but I'm more able with it than Blender. But I still use Blender given it's more efficient.

Yeeeeep I hear that.

Are you using blender?

I just wish it was a bit more easy. But then again if it was easier then everyone would do it.

Check the weight painting? It’s freaking tricky to get that right.

Yeah but it looks like his flesh is drooping off his bones and splitting by the polygons. Also the cuffs seem T-boned blocked for some reason.
I'll still experiment with it before it's workshop-worthy.
