Description
Overwrites 00_civics to make vanilla civics more balanced with my Machine Cult mods; Exalted Priesthood is now compatible with all individualist authorities. Makes Pleasure Seekers and Warrior Culture compatible for all your 40K RP needs; don't worry, duelists in Pleasure Seekers also increase pop growth as of the main mod. Also removes a few arbitrary restrictions; Why shouldn't Gestalts use functional architecture?
