So for people that don't know the game compresses all its Data Files and Other Formats in a .BFZ file format, This format is a compression file with the BMS Encoding constructor, Extracting a .BFZ File can be a bit hard and tricky but it is easy if you know what your doing.


To extract the .BFZ Archive and De-Compress it follow the sections below.

You must download these programs as we will be using these to extract the archives.

Download and extract the .zip or .rar file downloaded and place it on your desktop

This is a sort of complicated process so please follow instructions exactly

ZombiU BFZ Data Extractor

This program will extract almost all .BFZ Files inside Zombi/ZombiU (Steam Edition)
This program will only work on Zombi/ZombiU

1. Open a command shell, (CMD or Powershell)
2. Navigate to the direcotry of the quickbms folder.
3. Place your BFZ Archive inside the folder alongside "quickbms.exe"
4. Run this command to extract the archive
quickbms.exe (script.bms) (Archive.bfz) (Output Directory)
Note: Replace all () Marks with what it is supposed to be, These are just examples

5. To extract anything larger then 4GB replace the "quickbms.exe" at the start of the command with "quickbms_4gb_files.exe"
6. Boom!

!~NOTES~!
When setting your output directory set it like either options:

• C:\Root\Directory\output
  
• or
  
• C:\Root\Directory\output\

Adding the \ at the end of your output directory will make it create a new folder for each archive
