Report a translation problem
1. Add traits to get better offspring chances, ie Fertilty and better traits upon adulthood, ie Intelligent or Handsome.
2. Add buildings which grant good traits, ie Military or Trade Academies to help Generals and Agents get better traits. And Thieves or Assassins Guild for subterfuge traits. Some buildings can cure bad traits such as some health or mental problems, ie a Hospital.
3. Add buildings which help attract ancillaries to Agents and Generals such as above.
4. Alter Trait triggers to give better chances for the good traits to be granted to Agents and Generals.
These things make the game a challenge and give some hope for your characters.
