Did you set fullscreen + vsync on and the game was running capped to 60 after applying the profile? Because borderless simply forces, as any other windowed application, the desktop default res + framerate (e.g. 120Hz=120fps screen or 144Hz or 240Hz...).
Just tried that (NVidia 531.61 SD) and no, you'll have micro stuttering even in menu. This workaround is better (yep, capped at 60 which is enough for this game).
Select Import Profile (toolbar button with the green arrow down). Also set in-game settings as described.
It's quite an idiot question, but, how am i supposed to use this ? It's as simple as download the NPI and the file, drag the file to the App and select that and apply the profile ?
If so, it seems to not be working.
Thanks in advance!
