Sullivan McWellingstone

Hailing from Pokémon's Galar Region, a fancy Inteleon named Sullivan McWellingstone found his way into the world of Rivals of Aether!

Being my first mod, please bare with me-

Sullivan's specialty is speed. Always wearing his favorite Choice Scarf. This pokemon zips around the map rapidly, dishing out hits.

Why is he an oc?

The reason I didn't make a regular inteleon but an inteleon oc character was because:

1) I've actually just wanted to make this character in rivals for a while
2) The taunt is just funnier this way
3) I want my gimmick when making characters for the workshop that are pokémon that they are OCS, so I'm not as limited to making something basic. Not to say the other non-ocs are basic, I would make something frankly boring if I don't add a dash of my imagination.
4) An Inteleon in a 3 piece suit and cane is objectively way funnier and cooler than regular inteleon

SPECIALS:

Neutral special = Snipe Shot: Charge up your shots to dish out large quantities of damage! And even more, if you use it far from your opponent!

Forward special = Aquajet: Zip for a short period of time through the air or land, hitting anyone in front of you!

Down special = Dive/Waterfall: Go underwater for a short period of time to hide then re-appear to attack! Though, you cannot do this move in the air.

Up special = Hydro pump: Blast off into the sky by shooting the ground, sending your enemies flying to the side, and if you are lucky straight to the blast zone!

Normals:

Jab: 3 slaps and then he wacks your opponent with his cane!
Dash attack: Use Surf and glide on through!
Forward tilt: Launch your opponents away with a kick!
Up tilt: He slaps the opponent upwards, perfect for combos!
Down tilt: He strikes his cane to the ground, sending the opponent forward-up

Strongs:

Up strong: Use Sword Dance and just spin around your opponents who get caught in the dancing blades and get launched upward!
Down strong: Using his two hands, he dual-wields Hyperbeam and uses it on both sides of him.
Forward strong: He uses Ice beam and launches a strong lazer of ice in the direction he is facing.

Aerials:

Neutral air: He uses Acrobatics and spins midair and spins on himself, dual-spin!
Forward air: He uses Scale shot shooting a burst shot of 5 scales in front of him
Down air: He channels his inner Scrooge McDuck and uses his cane like a pogo!
Up air: Helicopter cane. That's all.
