(ENG/RUS) Balance Patch for EK Utilities and ITA

As everyone knows, ITA is changing the fuel system. Uranium and thorium are becoming more expensive (uranium costs 650-1000 credits, thorium 1100-1300 credits). And in the EK Utilities mod there are boxes with ore and other trinkets. But, unfortunately, there is no built-in patch for ITA in EK, so the boxes of uranium and thorium in the EK Utilities mod cost vanilla prices (300-400 for uranium and 400-600 for thorium). By the way, there are 10 ores in one box. That is, you understand. Take a box for 300-400 and sell uranium for 700 - a terrible imbalance comes out. That is why I made this patch. I tried to roughly adjust the prices to balance with the ITA.

Just place this patch above ITA and EK Utilities.
